About Elisana

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and am a licensed Early Childhood Educator, with over 15 years of experience running my own in-home daycare. My educational journey began at the Sacred Heart University in Peru, where I studied Early Childhood Education. I later traveled to London to learn English, which opened the door to an exchange program in Minnesota, where I taught Spanish at an elementary school as an exchange teacher. It was during this time that I met my husband and eventually moved permanently to the United States, settling in Colorado. After working in a public school, I decided to open my own in-home daycare when I had my first child.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind and the study of the brain. This passion led me to further explore these fields , knowing it would help me better understand children, people, and the world around us, as well as develop my spiritual side. I also love exploring the mystical and metaphysical aspects of life, seeking to understand the deeper reasons for our existence and the connections we share with each other and the universe. This journey allows me to continually grow, evolve, and better understand the world and the people around me, helping me become the best version of myself.

In addition, I am certified in psychoneurotherapy, hypnotherapy, and Emotive Shock Therapy for treating anxiety. Additionally, I am a coach in neuroscience. These qualifications enhance my ability to support children’s emotional and psychological development, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment for all children in my care.

Philosophy

At our daycare, we believe children thrive in an immersive learning environment. We focus on fostering curiosity and growth, ensuring that children absorb knowledge naturally, even in less structured settings. Our goal is to prepare them for kindergarten by offering dynamic, engaging activities that make learning easy and fun.

Mission

Our mission is to equip children for success in school and in life by providing high-quality, holistic early childhood education and care. We are dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow emotionally, socially, and academically.

Through engaging learning experiences, personalized attention, and a strong emphasis on building foundational skills, we aim to inspire a lifelong love of learning and confidence in every child. We believe in partnering with families to create a community that nurtures each child’s unique potential, preparing them not only for school but for a successful and fulfilling future.
